360. PSP's are good when your out and about.... but your most of the time at home.. unless you work early/late hours-not that you would be playing and driving.. or at work.
Xbox 360 has fairly good graphics.. but you dont find tons of family rated games, i dont think. the best stuff is 13+ and that.
